servings: 2 time: 5 minutes ingredients: 16 ounces milk (or milk substitute) 1 frozen banana 2 scoops simply tera’s® pure whey protein, plain unsweetened  1 tbsp highground™ organic instant coffee 1 cup ice  directions: add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. add ice depending on temperature preference. blend until desired consistency is reached. serve immediately.

Ingredients: 2 scoops of simply tera's organic whey protein, dark chocolate 1/2 cup cold press coffee or strong brewed coffee, chilled 1/2 cup ice cubes 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt Directions: Add chilled coffee, whey protein powder, ice cubes, and vanilla extract to a blender and mix on low setting until ice cubes are well blended. Add frozen yogurt and blend on low setting until thick, creamy consistency. Serve in one or two glasses, grab a spoon or a straw, and enjoy!
