coffee protein shake

servings: 2 time: 5 minutes ingredients: 16 ounces milk (or milk substitute) 1 frozen banana 2 scoops simply tera’s® pure whey protein, plain unsweetened 1 tbsp highground™ organic instant coffee 1 cup ice directions: add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. add ice depending on temperature preference. blend until desired consistency is reached. serve immediately.
simply tera's Coffee Milkshake

Ingredients: 2 scoops of simply tera's organic whey protein, dark chocolate 1/2 cup cold press coffee or strong brewed coffee, chilled 1/2 cup ice cubes 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt Directions: Add chilled coffee, whey protein powder, ice cubes, and vanilla extract to a blender and mix on low setting until ice cubes are well blended. Add frozen yogurt and blend on low setting until thick, creamy consistency. Serve in one or two glasses, grab a spoon or a straw, and enjoy!
Blackberry Mint Smoothie

ingredients: 1 cup strawberries 1/2 cup blackberries 1 banana 2 mint leaves 1/2 cup almond milk 2 scoops simply tera's pure whey protein, bourbon vanilla directions: Wash and dice the strawberries and blackberries. Combine ingredients into the blender. Blend until consistency desired is reached. Serve immediately or freeze for later consumption.
Shamrock Shake Protein Shake

Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 cup tightly packed fresh spinach 1 serving simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla 1/2 tsp mint extract 1/2 of a medium banana 1/4 C non-fat vanilla greek yogurt Directions: Add all ingredients to a high-quality blender and blend until smooth. Ingredients: 1 cup simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla 2 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream 1 tsp Cake Batter extract Rainbow Sprinkles to taste Stevia to taste ¾ cup Almond milk 1 cup Ice Directions:1.
