  1. add frozen cherries, almond milk, simply tera’s organic dark chocolate whey protein powder, greek yogurt, milled flax seeds, cauliflower rice, and cinnamon to a blender. 
  2. blend on speed 5 for about 60 seconds until the mixture is smooth. pour into a glass and enjoy!
