ingredient - peanuts!) 1/4 cup raw honey
(preferably local) 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
(preferably organic)  1/2 cup sprouted, rolled oats
(preferably organic) 1/2 cup simply tera’s organic plain unsweetened whey protein powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp hemp seeds 2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds directions: combine the ingredients and mix together. roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. use my preferred scoop, linked in the comments. cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before eating! store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
