ingredients: 

directions: 

  1. preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. smash the overripe bananas into the baking dish you plan to bake in.
  3. add rolled oats, simply tera’s organic lactose free bourbon vanilla whey protein powder, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and milk and combine.
  4. evenly disperse peanut butter and jam into 4 globs each on top of the oats and swirl a knife through them both to create swirls on the top.
  5. bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. 
  6. serve warm or cold, top with peanut butter drizzle, maple syrup, and sliced bananas if you desire. enjoy!
