ingredients ¾ cup frozen cherries 1 cup almond milk 2 scoops simply tera’s organic whey protein, dark chocolate ½ cup greek yogurt 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Milled Flax Seeds ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice dash of cinnamon directions add frozen cherries, almond milk, simply tera’s organic dark chocolate whey protein powder, greek yogurt, milled flax seeds, cauliflower rice, and cinnamon to a blender. blend on speed 5 for about 60 seconds until the mixture is smooth. pour into a glass and enjoy!
eggnog smoothie
Servings: 1 smoothie Time: 10 minutes ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1 scoop of simply teras lactose free organic whey protein, plain unsweetened 2 pitted dates 1 egg yolk 3 cups coconut milk 1/2 tsp almond extract 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg whipped cream (optional) directions: In a blender or a food processor, blend together the protein powder and coconut milk or water until very smooth. Add frozen banana, pitted dates, almond extract, cinnamon and nutmeg, and blend mixture until smooth and frothy. top with whipped cream and/or cinnamon powder to your liking and enjoy!
