for the bowl:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries (use less raspberries for a light pink color)
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- ⅓ cup frozen avocado
- ½ cup frozen banana
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of simply tera's pure bourbon vanilla whey protein powder
- C20 Coconut Water water, to blend add little amounts at a time to keep thickness
toppings:
- Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
- banana
- raspberries
- hemp seeds
- granola
- dried rose petals, optional
directions:
- add all your frozen fruit, yogurt, and simply teras pure bourbon vanilla whey protein powder to a blender. blend on speed 5 for about 2 minutes, adding little amounts of coconut water at a time to help blend until your smoothie is creamy, thick and smooth.
- put the smoothie into a bowl, and top with whatever your desired toppings are & enjoy!
