ingredients:

for the bowl:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries (use less raspberries for a light pink color)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ⅓ cup frozen avocado
  • ½ cup frozen banana
  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt 
  • 2 scoops of simply tera's pure bourbon vanilla whey protein powder
  • C20 Coconut Water water, to blend add little amounts at a time to keep thickness

toppings:

directions:

  1. add all your frozen fruit, yogurt, and simply teras pure bourbon vanilla whey protein powder to a blender. blend on speed 5 for about 2 minutes, adding little amounts of coconut water at a time to help blend until your smoothie is creamy, thick and smooth.
  2. put the smoothie into a bowl, and top with whatever your desired toppings are & enjoy!
