If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns of packages within 3 months from date of purchase and issue a full refund. All we ask is that the product is not used, opened or expired, is in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We can not extend this return policy to resellers of our products.
All packages should be sent prepaid. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
