protein strawberry cheesecake smoothie

prep 5 minutes: 1 serving

ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (add more for a thinner consistency if desired)
  • ⅓ cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp plain cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice 
  • 2 scoops simply tera’s organic lactose free whey protein, bourbon vanilla 
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • whipped cream (optional)
  • Crushed Finn Crisp Original Sourdough Rye Thins (for topping)

directions:

  1. on a small plate crush 2-3 Finn Crisp Original Sourdough Rye Thins.
  2. in a blender, combine the milk of choice, yogurt, plain cream cheese, strawberries, frozen cauliflower rice, and simply tera’s organic lactose free bourbon vanilla whey protein powder. blend until smooth and creamy. (either in an immersion blender, or high speed blender - both work great.)
  3. add the oats, and cinnamon, and blend again until fully incorporated. If you'd like a thinner texture, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. pour the smoothie into a glass and (optional) top with a generous swirl of your favorite whipped cream.
  5. for the crunchy finishing touch, sprinkle crushed Original Finn Crisp Thins on top of the whipped cream.
  6. enjoy your delicious, nutritious protein strawberry cheesecake smoothie!
