tropical sea moss smoothie
ingredients: 1/2 cup sea moss gel 2 cups frozen mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 banana 2 scoops of simply tera’s pure whey protein, plain unsweetened ½ tbsp grated ginger, or 2 tsp powdered ginger 1 1/4 cup coconut water optional: milk of choice directions: add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. blend the ingredients on speed 5 for about 3 minutes until smooth or reached the desired consistency. serve in a tall glass & enjoy!
