directions:

  1. add simply tera’s lactose free organic plain unsweetened whey protein powder, orange juice, kale, beet, berries, pineapple, and ginger to a high-speed blender. blend on speed 5 for about 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
  2. pour into glasses and drink immediately or refrigerate, covered, and consume within 48 hours.
