ingredients:
- 1 cup peanut butter (preferably organic and one ingredient - peanuts!)
- 1/4 cup raw honey (preferably local)
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (preferably organic)
- 1/2 cup sprouted, rolled oats (preferably organic)
- 1/2 cup simply tera’s organic plain unsweetened whey protein powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds
directions:
- combine the ingredients and mix together.
- roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. use my preferred scoop, linked in the comments.
- cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before eating!
- store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
