  1. prepare the strawberry sweet cream

    • mash the strawberries with a fork or blend them until smooth.

    • mix in the almond milk and sweetener until well combined.

    • add 1 scoop of organic lactose free bourbon vanilla whey protein powder to the strawberry mixture, blending thoroughly to dissolve the protein powder.

    • set aside.

  2. make the matcha latte

    • in a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.

    • stir in honey, stevia, or monk fruit.

    • add 1 scoop of simply tera’s organic lactose free bourbon vanilla whey protein powder to the almond milk (or other non-dairy milk) and blend it together until fully dissolved, creating a protein-rich milk base for your matcha.

  3. assemble the drink

    • fill a glass with ice.

    • pour the strawberry sweet cream over the ice.

    • gently pour in the almond milk mixture.

    • top with the prepared matcha, allowing the layers to naturally blend.
