  1. in a medium bowl, mix together carrington farms organic chia seeds, simply tera’s organic dark chocolate whey protein powder, and a small pinch of salt.
  2. slowly add 1 milk while stirring. this helps keep the mixture smooth and ensures the whey protein is fully dissolved.
  3. add 1 tbsp of maple syrup or agave if you prefer and a splash of vanilla extract. stir until well combined.
  4. cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.
  5. stir the pudding again before serving to break up any clumps.
  6. add to a glass. top with dragonfruit, blueberries, and an extra sprinkle of carrington farms organic chia seeds for added crunch and nutrients.
