  1. In a blender or a food processor, blend together the protein powder and coconut milk or water until very smooth.
  2. Add frozen banana, pitted dates, almond extract, cinnamon and nutmeg, and blend mixture until smooth and frothy.
  3. top with whipped cream and/or cinnamon powder to your liking and enjoy!
