ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of simply teras lactose free organic whey protein, plain unsweetened
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- whipped cream (optional)
directions:
- In a blender or a food processor, blend together the protein powder and coconut milk or water until very smooth.
- Add frozen banana, pitted dates, almond extract, cinnamon and nutmeg, and blend mixture until smooth and frothy.
- top with whipped cream and/or cinnamon powder to your liking and enjoy!
