easy mini protein balls

ingredients: 1 cup peanut butter (preferably organic and one ingredient - peanuts!) 1/4 cup raw honey (preferably local) 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (preferably organic) 1/2 cup sprouted, rolled oats (preferably organic) 1/2 cup simply tera’s organic plain unsweetened whey protein powder 1/2 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp hemp seeds 2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Chia Seeds directions: combine the ingredients and mix together. roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. use my preferred scoop, linked in the comments. cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before eating! store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

ingredients: ¾ cup brewed coffee, cooled in the fridge 1 tbsp peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) 1 scoop simply tera’s pure dark chocolate whey protein powder 1 frozen medium ripe banana 1 tsp vanilla extract ¾ cup frozen cauliflower (or ½ cup ice) 1/4 cup milk 1 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Flax Chia Blend directions: in a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on speed 5 for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined. if necessary, add in more almond milk to thin the smoothie. top with coffee beans and enjoy!
