ingredients: 1/2 cup sea moss gel 2 cups frozen mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1 banana 2 scoops of simply tera’s pure whey protein, plain unsweetened ½ tbsp grated ginger, or 2 tsp powdered ginger  1 1/4 cup coconut water optional: milk of choice  directions: add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender. blend the ingredients on speed 5 for about 3 minutes until smooth or reached the desired consistency. serve in a tall glass & enjoy!

ingredients: (makes 2 servings) 2 scoops simply tera’s lactose free organic whey protein, plain unsweetened 3 cups orange juice 1 cup baby kale 1/4 fresh red beet, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries  1/2 cup frozen pineapple  1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated  directions: add simply tera’s lactose free organic plain unsweetened whey protein powder, orange juice, kale, beet, berries, pineapple, and ginger to a high-speed blender. blend on speed 5 for about 2-3 minutes until completely smooth. pour into glasses and drink immediately or refrigerate, covered, and consume within 48 hours.
