ingredients:

directions:

  1. in a bowl, combine greek yogurt, simply tera’s pure dark chocolate whey protein powder, and 1/4 smooth peanut butter. mix well then set aside.
  2. line a large baking sheet with parchment paper then arrange the sliced bananas into one even layer. spread the yogurt mixture on top of the bananas then top with the crushed peanuts, carrington farms® organic chia seeds, and the remaining smooth peanut butter. for easy drizzle, heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds until runny.
  3. cover with foil then freeze for 3-4 hours.
  4. break apart the high protein banana bark and serve.
  5. store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
