ingredients:
for the bowl:
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 heaping cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2-inch piece peeled ginger, or to taste
- 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
- 1 small orange, peeled
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
- 1 scoop of simply tera’s organic whey protein, plain unsweetened
toppings:
- fresh mango, diced
- granola of choice
- raspberries
- hemp hearts
- coconut shreds
directions:
- add the water, mango, banana, avocado, ginger, spinach, orange, date, ice, matcha powder and simply tera’s organic plain unsweetened whey into a high-speed blender.
- blend all of the ingredients together on speed 7 for about 3-5 minutes until it has a smooth consistency.
- pour the mixture into a bowl and add toppings as desired.
- serve and enjoy!
