Toppings:

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds 
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut shavings
  • 1/2 dragon fruit
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/4 cup blueberries 
  • 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt

Directions:

    1. Add simply teras bourbon vanilla pure whey protein, coconut milk, frozen banana, and blue spirulina powder to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and thick consistency.
    2. Spoon the blue smoothie mixture into a bowl then add toppings and serve.
