- 2 scoops simply tera's pure bourbon vanilla whey protein
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut shavings
- 1/2 dragon fruit
- 1/2 kiwi
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
- Add simply teras bourbon vanilla pure whey protein, coconut milk, frozen banana, and blue spirulina powder to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and thick consistency.
- Spoon the blue smoothie mixture into a bowl then add toppings and serve.
