protein matcha latte

ingredients: 1 cup 2% lactose-free milk 3 tbsp simply tera's lactose free organic whey protein powder (you can use either dark chocolate or bourbon vanilla) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tsp powdered sugar optional toppings: marshmallows, whipped cream, or chocolate syrup directions: in a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, stirring frequently. when milk is steaming, reduce heat to low, add chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar and continue to whisk until smooth and melted. pour into a mug and serve immediately with desired toppings or as is.
autumn glow milkshake

virgin tequila sunrise smoothie

ingredients: 2 scoops orange sorbet 8 tbsp fresh orange juice 1 scoop simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla ice cubes 2 tsp grenadine orange sorbet directions: combine the 1 big scoop of orange sorbet and juice and the simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla in a blender and process slowly until smooth. place ice cubes in a glass and pour in the sorbet mixture. slowly pour the grenadine into the glass and allow to settle. stir once and decorate with mini scoops of sorbet.
