autumn glow milkshake
ingredients: 1 cup frozen steamed sweet potato 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets 1 cup Almond Breeze Vanilla Almondmilk 1 tbsp almond butter 1 scoop simply tera's lactose free organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla 2 tbsp honey a pinch of sea salt directions: blend everything up in a high-powered blender until smooth. add more almondmilk as needed to keep it moving smoothly. serve topped with granola, banana slices, fruit, a drizzle of almond butter, or whatever your heart desires.
virgin tequila sunrise smoothie
ingredients: 2 scoops orange sorbet 8 tbsp fresh orange juice 1 scoop simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla ice cubes 2 tsp grenadine orange sorbet directions: combine the 1 big scoop of orange sorbet and juice and the simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla in a blender and process slowly until smooth. place ice cubes in a glass and pour in the sorbet mixture. slowly pour the grenadine into the glass and allow to settle. stir once and decorate with mini scoops of sorbet.
simply liberty cocktail
ingredients: 2 oz lemon-lime soda 1 scoop raspberry sherbet 1 ½ oz uv blue raspberry vodka 1/2 scoop simply tera's organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla directions: fill a glass with the lemon-lime soda and the raspberry sherbet. in a shaker mix the raspberry vodka with the protein powder, then shake until the whey protein powder is well mixed in (you have to shake hard!) lastly, pour the whey-raspberry vodka over the lemon-lime soda - sherbet mixture. serve and enjoy
