- 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (clear if possible)
- 1 cup simply tera’s organic whey protein, dark chocolate
- 1 cup Carrington Farms Beet Root Powder
- ½ cup Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Flour
- add the yogurt, cashew butter, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender and blend on low until combined and smooth.
- add the protein powder, carrington farms beet root powder, and coconut flour to the blender and continue to blend until combined.
- transfer the frosting to a piping bag fitted with the piping tip of your choice, and pipe onto your favorite cupcakes.
