  1. add the yogurt, cashew butter, and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender and blend on low until combined and smooth.
  2. add the protein powder, carrington farms beet root powder, and coconut flour to the blender and continue to blend until combined.
  3. transfer the frosting to a piping bag fitted with the piping tip of your choice, and pipe onto your favorite cupcakes.
