ingredients:
- 1 orange, peeled and sliced (get another one for garnish slices)
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 frozen banana
- ¾ cup greek yogurt
- 2 scoops simply tera’s pure whey protein, bourbon vanilla
- ice cubes, as needed
- optional: coconut or oat milk, whipped cream or greek yogurt to top
directions:
- in a blender, combine the peeled and sliced orange, orange juice, frozen banana, greek yogurt, and simply tera’s pure bourbon vanilla whey protein powder.
- add ice cubes according to your desired thickness.
- blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more orange juice or ice cubes as needed.
- pour into glasses. top with coconut milk, some more greek yogurt or whipped cream!
- garnish with orange zest, and fresh orange slices.
