- 1 cup nut milk
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 2 scoops simply tera’s lactose free organic bourbon vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 cup raspberries, optional
- start by adding the nut milk to a high-speed blender followed by the bananas, cauliflower florets, dates, nut butter, ground flax seeds, and simply tera’s lactose free organic bourbon vanilla whey protein powder.
- blend on speed 5 for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with sliced banana, raspberries, nut butter and flax seeds, if desired.
