directions:

  1. start by adding the nut milk to a high-speed blender followed by the bananas, cauliflower florets, dates, nut butter, ground flax seeds, and simply tera’s lactose free organic bourbon vanilla whey protein powder. 
  2. blend on speed 5 for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy. 
  3. pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl and top with sliced banana, raspberries, nut butter and flax seeds, if desired.
