  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl while you warm a frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
  2. Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour the batter to form medium size pancakes in the pan.
  3. Let pancakes cook for about 45 seconds on each side and remove from pan.
  4. Top with your favorite fresh fruit, nut butter or coconut flakes.
