ingredients:
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops simply tera’s® pure whey protein, dark chocolate
- 1 ½ cups frozen mango
- 1 tbsp honey
- 6 almonds
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp rolled oats
- 1-2 tbsp bee pollen
- Additional fruit, oats, chia seeds, bee pollen - for topping
directions:
- add the mango juice, milk, yogurt, banana, frozen mango, simply tera’s® pure whey protein, dark chocolate, honey, almonds, cinnamon, turmeric, oats, and bee pollen in the bowl of a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth, creamy and fully blended.
- divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with additional rolled oats, bee pollen, chia seeds, banana, fruits, and other desired toppings. Best served immediately.
