banana mango smoothie bowl with bee pollen 

breakfast smoothies


  • 1 cup mango juice
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoops simply tera’s® pure whey protein, dark chocolate 
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 almonds
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp rolled oats
  • 1-2 tbsp bee pollen
  • Additional fruit, oats, chia seeds, bee pollen - for topping


  1. add the mango juice, milk, yogurt, banana, frozen mango, simply tera’s® pure whey protein, dark chocolate, honey, almonds, cinnamon, turmeric, oats, and bee pollen in the bowl of a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth, creamy and fully blended.
  2. divide the smoothie into two bowls and top with additional rolled oats, bee pollen, chia seeds, banana, fruits, and other desired toppings. Best served immediately.
