servings: 2 time: 5 minutes ingredients: 1 cup blueberries 1 frozen banana 2 cups orange juice 2 scoops simply tera’s® organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla ½ cup greek yogurt 1 cup spinach (optional) 1 tbsp Carrington Farms® Organic Milled Flax Seeds 1 cup ice directions: add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. add ice depending on temperature preference. blend until desired consistency is reached. serve immediately or freeze to enjoy later.

simply tera's Coffee Milkshake
Ingredients: 2 scoops of simply tera's organic whey protein, dark chocolate 1/2 cup cold press coffee or strong brewed coffee, chilled 1/2 cup ice cubes 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt Directions: Add chilled coffee, whey protein powder, ice cubes, and vanilla extract to a blender and mix on low setting until ice cubes are well blended. Add frozen yogurt and blend on low setting until thick, creamy consistency. Serve in one or two glasses, grab a spoon or a straw, and enjoy!
