- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple cubes
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk, divided
- 2 scoops simply tera’s® organic whey protein, bourbon vanilla, divided
- 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt, divided
directions:

place blueberries, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of simply tera’s® organic bourbon vanilla whey protein, and 1 tbsp of greek yogurt in a blender. blend on high until very smooth and combined. divide between two glasses and then place the glasses in the freezer while you make the other layers.

rinse out the blender and then fill it with the pineapple cubes, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of simply tera’s® organic bourbon vanilla whey protein, and 1 tbsp of greek yogurt. blend until smooth and then divide in two and layer in the glasses on top of the blueberry layer. return to the freezer.
- rinse the blender one last time and fill it with the strawberries, the remaining 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of simply tera’s® organic bourbon vanilla whey protein, and 1 tbsp of greek yogurt. blend once more and then divide and layer on top of the pineapple smoothie portion.
- garnish with fresh berries and chia seeds and serve immediately.
