ingredients:

directions:

  • drain and lightly press your tofu. crumble the tofu with a fork or your hands. this removes the need to press the tofu.
  • add the crumbled tofu to a small bowl along with the rest of the ingredients (except the ghee)  and mash with a fork until combined.
  • assemble your avo toast masterpiece, heat the Carrington Farms Organic Ghee over medium heat  then pan fry  the avo toast until golden on each side!
