Ingredient List
- 1 15oz black beans
- 2 cups corn
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 15oz kidney beans
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 green (or red) bell pepper, diced
- 2 14oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 4 scoops tera'swhey plain protien powder
Cooking Instructions
- Combine ingredients into crockpot.
- Mix well.
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
