Ingredient List
- 1 to 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin pie filling
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 2 cups HOT water
- ¼ to ¾ cup cream or almond coffee creamer to taste
- 1 scoop tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
Cooking Instructions
- Boil water.
- While the water is heating, add the creamer, espresso powder, whey protein, coconut oil and pumpkin pie filling to the blender.
- When the water is ready pour over the other ingredients and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until it is combined.
