Ingredient List
  • 1 to 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons espresso powder
  • 2 cups HOT water
  • ¼ to ¾ cup cream or almond coffee creamer to taste
  • 1 scoop tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil water.
  2. While the water is heating, add the creamer, espresso powder, whey protein, coconut oil and pumpkin pie filling to the blender.
  3. When the water is ready pour over the other ingredients and blend on high for about 30 seconds or until it is combined.
