Tropical Protein Popsicles

Ingredient List
  • 4 popsicle molds
  • 1 container (about 2/3 c) coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peaches (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 scoops tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla whey protein
  • 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk
Cooking Instructions
  1. Mix almond milk and protein powder in a shaker bottle.
  2. Add mixture to blender and blend with all remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into molds and freeze for several hours.
