Ingredient List
- 4 popsicle molds
- 1 container (about 2/3 c) coconut Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peaches (frozen)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 scoops tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla whey protein
- 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk
Cooking Instructions
- Mix almond milk and protein powder in a shaker bottle.
- Add mixture to blender and blend with all remaining ingredients.
- Pour into molds and freeze for several hours.
