Ingredient List
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/4 cup tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla extract
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp hearts
  • Almond butter

Cooking Instructions
    1. Add frozen berries, protein, almond milk, vanilla to large bowl.
    2. Use immersion blender to blend everything together. It's ok if it doesn't look like there is enough liquid. There is!
    3. Once ingredients look like a thick smoothie, use the hand held mixer to whip the mixture. This will add the volume.
    4. Transfer to bowl, top with superfood toppings and eat immediately.
