- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 cup tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Chia seeds
- Hemp hearts
- Almond butter

Cooking Instructions
- Add frozen berries, protein, almond milk, vanilla to large bowl.
- Use immersion blender to blend everything together. It's ok if it doesn't look like there is enough liquid. There is!
- Once ingredients look like a thick smoothie, use the hand held mixer to whip the mixture. This will add the volume.
- Transfer to bowl, top with superfood toppings and eat immediately.
