Ingredient List
  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted, unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 scoop tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mash bananas with a fork and combine with melted butter.
    3. Add egg, sugar and vanilla extract.
    4. In a separate bowl combine baking soda, protein powder and oat flour and then whisk into banana mix.
    5. Slowly whisk in both the coconut flour and water.
    6. Lightly butter a 4x8 loaf pan. Add batter and gently tap the filled pan on the counter to bring air bubbles to surface.
    7. Optional: arrange banana slices on top of batter.
    8. Bake for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
