Ingredient List
- 3 overripe bananas
- 1/3 cup melted, unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 scoop tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla protein powder
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup water

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash bananas with a fork and combine with melted butter.
- Add egg, sugar and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl combine baking soda, protein powder and oat flour and then whisk into banana mix.
- Slowly whisk in both the coconut flour and water.
- Lightly butter a 4x8 loaf pan. Add batter and gently tap the filled pan on the counter to bring air bubbles to surface.
- Optional: arrange banana slices on top of batter.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
