Ingredient List
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 fresh or frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 scoops tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla or Dark Chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup plain, 0% Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Cold water or more milk as needed

- Combine all ingredients and blend until ultra smooth.
