Ingredient List
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla or Dark Chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup plain, 0% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Cold water or more milk as needed
Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until ultra smooth.
