Ingredient List
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops tera'swhey vanilla honey goat protein powder
Cooking Instructions
  1. Cut 1/2 cup pineapple and store in freezer overnight.
  2. Cut banana, peeled orange and place in blender.
  3. Place the frozen pineapple, almond milk and protein powder in blender.
  4. Blend on high for 2 minutes (or until consistency desired is reached.)
