Ingredient List
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 scoops tera'swhey Plain Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup green juice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pineapple
  • 1 handful greens

Cooking Instructions
  1. Blend protein powder, yogurt, water and green juice until smooth.
  2. Add each of the remaining ingredients separately, blending completely between each addition.
  3. Blend entire mixture until frothy.
