- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 scoops tera'swhey Plain Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup green juice
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup pineapple
- 1 handful greens

Cooking Instructions
- Blend protein powder, yogurt, water and green juice until smooth.
- Add each of the remaining ingredients separately, blending completely between each addition.
- Blend entire mixture until frothy.
