Oatmeal St-ookies

Ingredient List
  • 4 large bananas (ripe)
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 scoops Simply Pure Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup (mini) chocolate chips
  • 1/4 pomegranate craisins (any dried fruit)
  • 1/4 cup pecan pieces (any nut)
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add oats, coconut flakes, protein powder and combine.
  4. Add chocolate chips, craisins and nuts. Mix well.
  5. Grease baking sheets.
  6. Scoop 1 tbsp. of cookie dough onto the sheet 1/4 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes.
  8. Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
  9. Enjoy!
