Ingredient List
- 4 large bananas (ripe)
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 scoops Simply Pure Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup (mini) chocolate chips
- 1/4 pomegranate craisins (any dried fruit)
- 1/4 cup pecan pieces (any nut)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Add oats, coconut flakes, protein powder and combine.
- Add chocolate chips, craisins and nuts. Mix well.
- Grease baking sheets.
- Scoop 1 tbsp. of cookie dough onto the sheet 1/4 inches apart.
- Bake for 11-13 minutes.
- Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
