No Bake Chocolate Oat Cookies

Ingredient List
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 tbsp. organic sugar
  • 3 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 3 scoops tera'swhey dark chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
  1. Combine oats, cocoa powder, sugar and tera'swhey protein powder to a medium mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Gradually stir in dry ingredients into wet ingredients until completely mixed.
  4. Scoop dough into 1 tablespoon cookies and set on waxing paper.
  5. Store in an air-tight container or serve immediately.
