- 6 – 8 ounces almond milk
- ¼ cup chopped mango
- 1 medium carrot
- ¼ cup raw spinach

Cooking Instructions
- Add tera’swhey® Plain Protein Powder and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add each of the remaining ingredients separately, blending completely between each addition.
- Blend entire mixture until frothy.
