  • 1 heaping tablespoon raisins
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almonds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon milk of choice
  • Fresh fruits of choice
Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook oatmeal according to package directions.
  2. Mix 1 serving prepared oatmeal with tera'swhey Plain Whey Protein Powder
  3. Add raisins, almonds, syrup and milk; mix.
