Ingredient List
- 1 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 4 large strawberries
- 2 scoops tera'swhey Vanilla Protein Powder
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
Cooking Instructions
- Wash, cut and dry fruit.
- Mix Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and maple syrup.
- Add half of dry blueberries and strawberries to Greek yogurt mixture. Mix well.
- Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle remaining fruit and granola on top.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour, or overnight. Store in freezer.
