  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger, ground
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops (1 serving) tera'swhey plain whey protein
  • 1 cup ice
