- 1 banana
- 2 scoops tera'swhey Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon organic Matcha green tea powder
- Coconut water (add as much to reach desired consistency)
- 1 container (2/3 cup) plain Greek yogurt
- Several ice cubes
- Optional: handful of favorite fruit
