- 6 - 8 ounces low-fat milk or water
- 1 handful ice
- ¼ cup shaved organic coconut
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- ½ of a frozen banana

Cooking Instructions
- Add tera’swhey® Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder and milk or water to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice, coconut, flax seed and banana and blend thoroughly until mixture is thick and frothy.
