Ingredient List
- 3 cups shredded broccoli
- 1 cup flour
- 2 scoops tera'swhey plain protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 pinch salt + pepper
- 8 oz. pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Shred 1 large head of broccoli (or put in a food processor)
- Microwave broccoli on high for 2 minutes. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine whey protein, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Put broccoli in a paper-towel and squeeze out moisture.
- Add broccoli and eggs to flour mixture. Mix well.
- Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
- Apply parchment paper to the pizza pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray (or brush with olive oil)
- Spread the dough evenly around the pizza pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread on pizza sauce and add the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
- (optional) sprinkle with 1/4 cup additional Parmesan cheese.
- Top with oregano and basil.
- Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Allow the pizza to cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
