Ingredient List
  • 3 cups shredded broccoli
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 scoops tera'swhey plain protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pinch salt + pepper
  • 8 oz. pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Shred 1 large head of broccoli (or put in a food processor)
  3. Microwave broccoli on high for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine whey protein, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Put broccoli in a paper-towel and squeeze out moisture.
  6. Add broccoli and eggs to flour mixture. Mix well.
  7. Add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  8. Apply parchment paper to the pizza pan and spray with non-stick cooking spray (or brush with olive oil)
  9. Spread the dough evenly around the pizza pan.
  10. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  12. Spread on pizza sauce and add the remaining cup of mozzarella cheese.
  13. (optional) sprinkle with 1/4 cup additional Parmesan cheese.
  14. Top with oregano and basil.
  15. Bake for 12 minutes at 400 degrees.
  16. Allow the pizza to cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
