- 6 - 8 ounces almond milk
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries

Cooking Instructions
- Add tera’swhey® Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add each of the remaining ingredients separately, blending completely between each addition.
- Blend entire mixture until frothy.
