Banana Oat Protein Pancakes

Ingredient List
  • 1 scoop of tera'swhey Vanilla Honey Goat Whey Protein
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  • 1/8 c. old fashioned oats
  • Dash of cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
  1. Mash the banana well with a fork in a medium mixing bowl. Add the eggs, oats, whey and cinnamon to the bowl.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle on medium heat.
  3. Pour enough batter to make a medium size pancake onto the griddle or pan. Brown on both sides before removing from the pan. Repeat until all of the pancake batter is used.
  4. Top pancakes with fresh fruit, almond butter or any other toppings of your choice.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
