Ingredient List
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop tera'swhey chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark)
Cooking Instructions
- Combine avocado flush, sugar and egg. Mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Add flour, cocoa powder and chocolate whey protein powder. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Scoop the batter onto parchment paper with large serving spoons (dough does not rise or expand, so make them desired size before baking.)
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10-11 minutes.
