Chocolate Banana Protein Pancakes

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl while you warm a frying pan on the stove over medium heat.
  • Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour the batter to form medium size pancakes in the pan.
  • Let pancakes cook for about 45 seconds on each side and remove from pan.
  • Top with your favorite fresh fruit, nut butter or coconut flakes.
  • Enjoy!
