Ingredient List
- 1 scoop of tera'swhey Vanilla Honey Goat Whey Protein
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1/8 c. old fashioned oats
- Dash of cinnamon
Cooking Instructions
- Mash the banana well with a fork in a medium mixing bowl. Add the eggs, oats, whey and cinnamon to the bowl.
- Heat a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle on medium heat.
- Pour enough batter to make a medium size pancake onto the griddle or pan. Brown on both sides before removing from the pan. Repeat until all of the pancake batter is used.
- Top pancakes with fresh fruit, almond butter or any other toppings of your choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
