Spiced Pumpkin Oatmeal

Ingredient List
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 spoonfuls of Pumpkin Spice loose leaf tea (we used Pumpkin Spice Chai)
  • ½ cup instant (1 minute) oats
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk (we used coconut almond milk)
  • dried cranberries (optional)
  • golden raisins (optional)
  • roasted pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • walnuts (optional)
  • agave or maple syrup to sweeten
Cooking Instructions
  1. Steep tea for 7 minutes then strain into small saucepan.
  2. Add all ingredients and bring to a slow boil until the oats have cooked through (about a minute).
  3. Sweeten as desired and top with dried fruit and seeds.
